The Constitutional Council rejected, indeed, the "appeal of unconstitutionality of the law n ° 21-2018 of June 18, 2018, modifying the law n ° 2017-12 of January 18, 2017, repealing and replacing the law No. 2014 of 15 April 2014 on the electoral code.
