A budget of more than 125 billion for the Ministry of the Interior

Dakar, Nov. 27 (APS) – MPs adopted Tuesday the budget of the Ministry of the Interior, arrested at the sum of 125 billion 118 million 917 thousand 622 FCFA, noted the APS.

Compared to the previous year, the financial resources allocated this year to this Ministry increased slightly by 2 billion 333 million 186 thousand 262 FCFA in absolute value and 1.9% in relative value.

The personnel costs amount to 55 billion 369 million 429 thousand FCFA 200, for 2019, against 46 billion 325 million 921 thousand 360 FCFA, in 2018.

They recorded an increase of 9 billion 043 million 507 thousand 840 FCFA in absolute value and 19.5% in relative value.

As for the operating expenses, they are estimated at 17 billion 634 million 114 thousand 520 FCFA, for 2019, against 13 billion 767 million 939 thousand FCFA, in 2018, an increase of 3 billion 866 million 175 thousand 520 FCFA in absolute value and 28.08% in relative value.

On the other hand, capital expenditure fell slightly from CFAF 14 billion 262 million in 2018 to CFAF 14 billion 185 million CFAF 500 thousand in 2019, a drop of CFAF 76 million 499 thousand 908 in absolute terms. and 0.53% in relative value.

With regard to capital transfers, they amounted to CFAF 21 billion 680 million 540 thousand, for 2019, against CFAF 34 billion 174 million, in 2018, equivalent to a decrease of CFAF 12 billion 493 million 460 thousand in absolute value and 36.56% in relative value.

The special accounts of the Treasury have, for their part, not changed compared to 2018, and are maintained at 200 million FCFA.
