La Sde asks for a delay of one year

The Senegalese Water (Sde), which has lost the lease contract to Suez, calls for a moratorium for water management. According to Le Quotidien, Sde has contacted the Minister of Hydraulics, Mansour Faye for a period of one year in respect of the termination of his lease contract. Reason evoked? La Sde wants to have the time to prepare a good service with the new dealer.
