The U18 national coach has chosen the players selected for the 2018 AfroBasket Zone 2 Qualifiers.
The new and final list of twelve players to defend the colors of Senegal has been published. And in this list we note three international Cheikh Diop (Manresa – Spain), Ouhamed Sow (Fuenlabrada-Spain) and Amar Sylla, winner of the Euroleague U18 and Spanish champion with Real Madrid. The rest of the team is made up of local players as well as an academician from the NBA Africa.
The U18 Afrobasket playoffs are scheduled to take place in Conakry, Guinea, from July 8th to 14th. And Senegal will have as opponent Guinea and Cape Verde for only one qualifying place.
