She used an instrument called the Washington group, which is a series of questions that leaves many disabled people stranded, "said the secretary general of the Senegalese Federation of Disabled People's Associations. Moussa Thiaré since it is from him that it is also informed that the members have just set up a framework for the respect of the treaties on their rights. "The minority wants to upset the system by the right approach. Thus, this structure will have as mission to monitor the achievement of sustainable development objectives, the texts and regulations at the international and national levels including the convention of the right of persons with disabilities, the law of social orientation, the Marrakesh Treaty ", listed the coordinator of the Marrakech Treaty in Francophone Africa. Moussa Thiaré, also president of the Friends of the Blind People of Senegal (AAS), argued, moreover, that the said framework is intended to be a means of raising awareness among the population regarding the consideration of persons with disabilities in a specific way and especially to the notion inclusion. According to him, disability is nothing but a deficiency in an unsuitable environment.
