– Mountaga CISSE (@mountcisse) July 20, 2018Indeed, Mountaga Cissé is right. Dean Amadou Mahtar Mbow has never held the post of Secretary-General of Unesco, but that of the Director-General of the said United Nations structure. He held this last post from 1974 to 1987, replacing René Maheu.
