Since Sunday 18 hours, Malians have been waiting impatiently for the official publication of the name of their new President of the Republic. But in the meantime, they are disoriented by the alleged results proclaimed by the camps of the various candidates, each in his favor. Indeed, since the closing of the polling stations, in the radios, on the social networks and even in the grins, the names of 4 candidates are quoted: Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, Soumaila Cissé, Cheick Modibo Diarra and Aliou Diallo. The supporters of each of these candidates proclaim the victory.
If the supporters of IBK, through the provisional results announced in some local radios, cry for re-election, the camps Soumaila Cissé and Aliou Diallo qualify these results of campaign of 'poisoning. They also publish the results of areas where their candidates are well ahead. Ditto for the Cheick Modibo Diarra camp
The observation since Monday: the Malians are disoriented; social networks are inundated with false information. More in a hurry, many supporters of IBK advance false figures that there will not be a second round, making believe the famous "takokele" they have long concocted in some black cabinets. However, during his press briefing held last Monday, so the day after the election, Soumaila Cissé campaign director, Tiebilé Dramé, said that the 2 th turn will oppose his candidate to IBK, August 12th. According to him, the regime's strategy of re-electing IBK as early as 1 and turn failed.
As for the Aliou Diallo camp, he also declared to be in the second round. For this camp, throughout the country and also in the diaspora, it has good results, which would be better than those of other candidates. Deduction: he will go to the second round.
Another favorite candidate, Dr. Cheick Modibo Diarra, is also announced by his supporters. They also publish results, according to which, their candidate is early, after the outgoing president.
These various results and statements mislead the Malian people and augur a post-election crisis. In addition, these speculations on the results are held on a background of denunciation of manipulations of the vote on the part of the outgoing president's camp, with these jams of ballot boxes in localities of the north of the country where localities almost deserted by the populations to because of insecurity end up with unacceptable results. This is related to the high rates of withdrawal of voter cards announced in these areas, as the opposition had denounced in his time. It was right because the fanciful results announced in these localities corroborate its apprehensions.

As if to say that quick solutions must be sought to ward off these bad signs by publishing results accepted by all.
