The signing ceremony was took place on 8 July 2018 at the headquarters of BADEA in Khartoum- Sudan. The agreement was signed by HE Dr. Sidi Ould TAH, Director General of BADEA and HE Mr. Fortunato-OFA MBO NCHAMA, President of the Central African Development Bank ( BDEAC). [19659033] The Agreement is part of the program of the BADEA program for the financing of Arab exports to African countries, and in accordance with its S eptheme P lan Q uinquennal 2015-2019.
The Line d e F inancing is intended to contribute the financing of commercial transactions between the Arab States and the States of the Community E Economic and M African Eternal C intertwined ] CEMAC .
It should be noted that the cooperation between BADEA and BDEAC has developed significantly developed in recent years. L to BADEA was indeed already provided to on BDEAC a credit line of US $ million under the private sector support program
