Banque Atlantique, a subsidiary of the Moroccan Group Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP), has been named "Best Bank of Côte d'Ivoire" at the "Financing Awards" ceremony held on the sidelines of the 2018 edition of the forum "Finance is committed".

This Forum, recently held in Abidjan, is an initiative of the General Confederation of Enterprises of Côte d'Ivoire (CGECI) which seeks to offer concrete solutions to the financing needs of Ivorian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The Bank recorded a "remarkable increase in outstanding loans granted by Banque Atlantique to SMEs over the last three years, which will exceed CFAF 100 billion by 2018". Banque Atlantique is the 3rd largest banking group in the WAEMU zone in terms of market share. It is present in the eight countries of this area: Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Togo.
