This toll-free number is intended for users of the mobile and internet services present at Popenguine during the 2013 Pilgrimage, to enable them to seize the ARTP, in malfunctions or disturbances on the networks of the operators Orange, Tigo or Expresso

You can call for free at 800 200 200 if you are confronted with the following problems:

  • difficulty sending or receiving SMS;
  • difficulties in accessing the Internet from your mobile phone or Internet key;
  • communications interruptions;
  • or any other malfunction or disturbance on mobile telephone networks.
