In Kenya, Williamson Omworo lodged a complaint against the Office for the Control of Product Quality in the country (KEBS) and the pharmaceutical firm Beta Healthcare for the "bad quality" of the Zoom brand condoms.

In fact, he says he contracted a sexually transmitted disease while using these condoms.

Williamson Omworo also says that several women said they became pregnant with him during the 10 months that he used the brand of condom.

According to his lawyers, Zoom condoms are not sold in neighboring Uganda because they have not passed quality control in that country.

Williamson Omworo is hoping to receive compensation payments that would allow him to pay for his medical expenses, but the Kenyan Product Quality Office (KEBS) and Beta Healthcare, a pharmaceutical firm, denounce the legal process.
