Edenred announces the success of a bond issue for € 500 million, with a term of 7 years and a coupon of 1.875%.

"This new bond will help finance Edenred's growth projects, including the acquisition of CSI1, one of the leading providers of automated solutions for inter-company payments in North America," the group said.
This mission, oversubscribed more than twice with a total demand of more than € 1 billion, was placed in a diversified base of international institutional investors.
