The National Federation of Air Transport (FNTA), affiliated to the Moroccan Union of Labor (UMT) pleaded for "a constructive dialogue away from any demagogy or agenda hidden" in order to find a way out of the social crisis within from Royal Air Maroc (RAM).
"The social climate in RAM is increasingly disrupted by tugging due to a hardening of the positions of each other," said the FNTA in a statement.
"We invite all parties to find compromise avoiding the company and his staff to find themselves in a situation that could recall that of the year 2009. "
" The building is today undermined by the social conflict which opposes the personal body navigating technical management, the conflict whose consequences are very detrimental to the company, both financially and in terms of brand image, by carrying out its media coverage. "
"We remind the management that the development plan of our company can only succeed by involving the legal representatives of the personnel namely our federation FNTA-UMT," the statement added [19659007] "We are more than ever convinced that the application of the law, the dialogue, the negotiation as well as the respect of the engagements are the only means likely to contribute to the fair and definitive resolution of this crisis ".
" In 60 years of existence, Royal Air Maroc has a place in the airline industry and earned a respectable rank among its sisters. Such a place is the direct result of the work and know-how of all its personnel, all categories combined ", concludes the statement.
Recall that from Wednesday, July 18, Royal Air Maroc has entered a phase of uncertainty, even turbulence, after the failure of the dialogue between the management and AMPL, an association of airline pilots.
