Gordon Acha is appointed Managing Director of Citi Cameroon

(CITI) – Citi is pleased to announce the appointment of Gordon Acha as Chief Executive Officer (CCO) of Citi Cameroon. He will be under the direction of Citi Cameroon's Board of Directors chaired by Khady Dior Ndiaye, General Manager of Citi Côte d'Ivoire and Director for Francophone Africa West and Central.

Gordon has more than 23 years of experience in investment banking in the United States, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Gabon and South Africa. He joined Citi Cameroon for the first time in 1998 where he held several positions, including Customer Relationship Manager, Senior Banker and Head of the Financial Institutions Division, and Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for portfolio management. and customer relations. In 2009, he joined Banque Atlantique in Côte d'Ivoire as Director of Operations, where he was responsible for merchant banking activities in West and Central Africa.

Gordon reinstated Citi in 2010 as Chief Executive Officer of Citi Ivory Coast, before taking the management of Citi Gabon. He then held the position of Director of the Non-Presence Countries Division and Correspondent Banking Group for Citi Africa, after which he took on the role of Global Director of the Quality Assurance Team of the activities within Citi Africa.
