The new electoral code, voted after Wade-fils's inscription on the electoral roll, can not be used as an excuse to cancel his candidacy. Karim Wade registered before the vote as well as the promulgation of the law on the electoral code. Khalifa Sall is already on the list of electors as mayor elected as an MP following his candidacy, which was already on the list of electors.

Knowing this, one can even guess exactly how will happen the case of Khalifa Sall in court of call. Only, by notifying him to Khalifa Sall, the gang of magistrates will reveal more to the public his forgetfulness to have done it for Karim Wade. And suddenly, there is a crucial choice to make on this. To notify him or leave him as done with Karim because determining for the legal fight to lead thereafter?!
Is it reasonable that a sentence on appeal is more fierce than that already pronounced in the Criminal Court? ! NO, unless new elements overwhelm the defendant. However, the vice is completely loosened around Khalifa Sall by the Judgment issued by the Court of Justice of ECOWAS (priority on all the laws of Senegal according to the treaty signed by all the member countries of ECOWAS) which condemned the the state of Senegal in the phase which has been instructing and lifting parliamentary immunity as at fault for having trespassed on its human rights and those of its co-accused. This judgment totally discredits the Senegalese magistrates who intervened to try Khalifa Sall and his co-defendants because they reveal more their bias for the executive. We will see more. The essential thing for the dirty Besançon to execute this time by the Judge Demba Kandji will be to close to Khalifa Sall all the doors that would confer to him the Penal code to remain ELIGIBLE even while remaining sequestrated as in the legislative ones!
But, if the candidacy of Karim Wade passes in the nets of the gang of magistrates of the palace, it is unimaginable that the candidacy of khalifa Sall does not pass, the gang of magistrates of the palace does everything with the complicity of the DGE, the CENA and the President of the National Assembly Moustapha Niass since April 19 to block the candidacy of Karim Wade by amending the Constitution and the Electoral Code.
AND VIS VERSA! The candidacy of one will necessarily lead (by the People's Press) that of the other and the elimination of the candidacy of one will lead more easily to the candidacy of the other in favor of the will of Macky Sall

Ps: Judge Demba Kandj, do you remember him, it was he who was in charge of pronouncing the results following the hold-up of the legislative elections of 2017 (after their validation by the Constitutional Council which had decided that one can vote with receipt and ordinances for the first-enrollees after request made by Macky Sall). Imagine also that he or his fellow will proclaim the results of EP2019. Do you think that even if Macky Sall will have lost, he would have the honesty to declare it ?! I tell you that we are reliving 1993.
