Dakar, July 18 (APS) – Newspapers reached the APS on Thursday to reflect on the national tribute paid to the late president of the High Council of Territorial Authorities (HCCT), Ousmane Tanor Dieng, buried the day before in Nguéniène, commune of the department of Mbour of which he was the mayor.
