Ms. Baldé draws the strategies put in place to put the kids back in their family unit: "After taking care of the child, we are looking for his family first. Then we mediate between the child and his family. As we all know, the child as soon as he is on the street, there is a break in family ties. And when there is a break, there are problems. So we make sure that there is a reestablishment of the kinship relationship between the child and his family so that he agrees to return to his family and that parents too agree to receive their children. "
A job titanic for a structure without substantial means. With only 92 beds, including 12 for girls, the Ginddi center can be overcrowded. Ms. Baldé calls for strengthening the center's resources: "It's a heartfelt cry for this center. We reiterate our call for support for the care of children at this center. So I appeal to the financial and technical partners to accompany us in our services. "A new plan is being considered by the Ministry of Good Governance and Child Protection to expand the offer. "The Minister insists a lot on this point, which is essential as far as you can see, there is always a capacity that does not evolve given the geographical location of the center. So this center has reached its limits today.
