Groupe Renault Maroc has just launched its Renault Morocco Foundation for Human and Social Development as part of its CSR policy.
This is how the eighth Renault Foundation was officially born in Morocco and the first in a non-Latin country after France, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia.
Since present in the Kingdom since 1928, the diamond is engaged in a strategy of corporate social responsibility (CSR) contributing to the social and economic development of the Kingdom to communities bordering its sites of Casablanca and Tangier.
The Renault Morocco Foundation's mission is to design and develop a set of actions around two central pillars: inclusion (the opposite of exclusion) and sustainable mobility.
In trying to give everyone a chance in society, it focuses on access to education, the promotion of diversity in society and the development of mobility solutions.
Concretely, this translates into the establishment of a school mobility program, the creation of preschool classes, the rehabilitation of schools and the organization of extracurricular activities.
But also the Group has made a civic commitment to raising awareness of road safety through the renowned "Tkayes" prevention program.
The Renault Maroc Foundation, chaired by Marc Nassif, General Manager of the Renault Morocco Group, is supported by an office made up of Renault Maroc Group employees with diverse backgrounds, aiming at integrating Moroccan civil society figures.
It is managed daily by Zineb El Jazouli, Communication and CSR Director of Renault Morocco Group, and benefits from the support and network of the Renault World Foundation to develop its own projects in Morocco.
