Result Mali's Treasury Bonds: 22 billion FCFA in Malian treasury coffers

The issuance of equivalent Treasury bonds by auction of the General Directorate of the Treasury and Public Accounting of Mali, for an amount of 20 billion and over a period of three years recorded a rate of coverage of the amount put in tender of 125,50%, announced the West African regional agency of the debt planning UMOA Titres in a communiqué.

The total amount of the bids amounts to 25 099,00 million FCFA, of which in ONC 900. 8 participants had 13 submissions. In the end, the State of Mali retained the sum of 22 billion FCFA

The marginal price and the weighted average price are respectively 9652 FCFA and 9676,2023 FCFA.
The refund will be made in full the first business day following the due date (repayment in fine). The payment of interest shall be made annually on the basis of an interest rate of 6.15% per annum in the first year.

The present issue of Assimilable Treasury Bonds in all member countries of the West African Monetary Union (UMOA) aims to mobilize the savings of natural and legal persons to cover the financing needs of the state budget, management 2018.

The equivalent bonds of the treasury were widely subscribed respectively by Malian and Ivorian investors
