Fan of Meghan Markle, a mother of three has spent 22,000 euros in surgery to look like the Duchess of Sussex.
Xochytl Greer, 36, spent about five and a half hours on an operating table for rhinoplasty, belly and thigh liposuction, and a gluteal lift.
The lawyer, from Houston, Texas, also received injections under the eyes, in the lips and jaw, in addition to Botox injections.
The young woman who was suffering from a lack of confidence in her, says she is now very satisfied with her new appearance.
"When I look in the mirror, I'm happy again. It's always me, but a better version of me.
I am at this point where I feel like I can go out again. Previously, I felt that no matter how much makeup or different hairstyles I wore, I would never have been presentable.
I had very big problems of self-confidence, but now I feel that I can put on a beautiful dress and that I do not need to make up much because I feel super beautiful.
Greer admits that she is not yet "identical" to the Duchess of Sussex, but finds that they share common traits.
