The details of the budget of the Ministry of Justice

The draft budget of the Ministry of Justice is set at the sum of 41 billion 191 million 255 thousand 944 FCFA, for 2019 against 39 billion 416 million 629 thousand 480 FCFA in 2018. An increase of 1,774 626,464 FCFA in absolute value and 4.5% in relative value.

Staff expenditure amounted to 22 billion 208 million 071 thousand 824 FCFA for 2019 against 19 billion 957 million 258 thousand 480 FCFA in 2018. They recorded an increase of 2 billion 250 million 813 thousand 344 FCFA in absolute value and 11.28% in relative value.

Operating expenses, for their part, are estimated at 8 billion 203 million 422 thousand 120 FCFA for 2019 against 8 billion 193 million 609 thousand FCFA in 2018. An increase of 9 million 813 thousand 120 FCFA in absolute value and 0.12% in relative value.

Expenditure allocated to transfers amounted to 2 629 million 762 thousand for 2019 against 2 billion 399 million 762 thousand in 2018. That is an increase of 230 million FCFA in absolute value and 9.58% in relative value.

On the other hand, capital expenditure has been declining. They increase from 7,776million in 2018 to 7 billion in 2019. That is a decrease of 766 million in absolute value and 4,55% in relative value.

While the capital transfer amounts to CFAF 1 billion 150 million for 2019 against CFAF 1 billion 100 million. An increase of 50 million in absolute value and 4.55% in relative value.
