This is why he will say that the granting of this 4G will achieve these objectives in that it will allow Malitel to offer cost-effective, reliable quality services to consumers.
Recall that the award was ratified on July 19, 2017, during the ordinary session of the Council of Ministers chaired by Abdoulaye Idrissa Maiga, then Prime Minister to disclose the cost of this license amounted to 100 billion CFA francs.
