This is the beginning of the end for Khalifa Sall. The president of the Dakar Court of Appeal closed the hearings to set the date of his deliberations, despite the absence of Khalifa Sall and his lawyers. In a system with a judge and two assessors, they will be three judges to issue a judgment at a later date: August 30, 2018.
