The airline has signed an agreement with the festival organizers, the Association Ecrans Noirs, covering the next two editions of the festival in 2019 and 2020.
Under the agreement, RAM will sponsor the event by providing air transportation for participants and guests of the festival, which has gained ground as a historic cultural event in West Africa
The event to be held in Yaoundé and Douala will be held this year under the theme " cinema and politics in Africa ", with 70 films
RAM also sponsored other African festivals in Ouagadougou, Dakar and Bamako
RAM announced earlier this year that it wants to increase its current fleet of 50 aircraft to 120 by 2020 to increase its share of the air transport market in Africa.
In 2017, RAM, which has its main hub in Casablanca, won for the fourth consecutive year the price of the best regional airline in Africa issued by Skytrax, the world's leading airline and airport rating agency.
