Acquired as part of the Senegal Justice Modernization Project (Mojusen), this equipment includes computers, a printer and office furniture. According to the Minister of Justice, Minister of Justice, Pr. Ismaila Madior Fall, these reception offices of the litigant inform and guide users, but especially allow them to fight against some form of intermediation detrimental to the image and to the credibility of the judicial institution. "Today, the justice sector is increasingly oriented towards dematerialization," said Professor Fall, who has enhanced cooperation between Senegal and France. According to him, this valuable material will contribute to improve the working conditions of the agents of this service, which will affect the quality of the services delivered to the users.

According to him, they facilitate access to the public service of justice for users of courthouses on the national territory. He specified that all the information relating to the types of hearings will be stored in the machines to allow the agents to indicate, with precision and speed, the room or the information on the delivery of the documents like the certificates of nationality, the lockers judicial, etc. For the ambassador of France in Dakar, Christophe Bigot, the modernization of justice is indispensable in a society. "This is the meaning of the Modernization of Justice Project which is modest in terms of financial impact, but the impact of which will be significant for the jurisdiction," said the French diplomat.
