You know, without you Senegal would not be what it is today, without you the story would not be history. That's who you are, that's the legacy you have in your hands. So when you are that person and you belong to Senghor's party, you have to assume your responsibility … That's why, when we choose the slogan "socialism of values", we have chosen to assume our responsibility. These values are not just any values, these values are to approach courage, patriotism. These values are commitment, without reshuffling, without compromise, without a small calculation of personal interest but having as only interest Senegal, here is the Socialist Party.
