For his part, the president of Satys, Christophe Cador, indicated that this new site required an investment of order € 2 million excluding buildings (50 jobs), will offer competitive and quality solutions for Airbus with quality and safety priorities. He intervenes after the opening, in 2015, of a painting room on the Mohammed V airport, in partnership with Royal Air Maroc.

For its part, the director general of SFML, Abderrahim Ouatas, affirmed that it is a joint venture between two leaders in their field of activity, namely the Blondel (France) and Lina Holding (Morocco) groups aiming to offer global logistics solutions better adapted to the needs of players in this sector

This new-born investment of 50 million dirhams (67 employees) aims to support the development of the aviation industry in Morocco. Through this joint venture, the Blondel group has joined forces with the Lina Holding group to operate the logistics of Stelia Aérospace Maroc. In February 2018, SFML moved into the free zone Midparc, in a new unit.

Note that, according to the Moroccan Minister of Industry, Investment, Commerce and Digital Economy, since the launch of the Industrial Acceleration Plan (IAP) in 2014, employment in the aviation sector grew by 55%, local integration increased by more than 70%, while the number of companies grew by 10%. % per year, averaging 130 units.
