They have not been rescued yet, but Gianni Infantino invites them to the World Cup final on July 15th. Stuck for thirteen days in a cave in Thailand, twelve children and their football coach are still stuck in a flood and rescuers are hard at work to get them out of there. While hope remains for them, a rescuer died on Friday on the return trip after delivering oxygen to the children.

"If, as I hope, they find their families in the coming days and their health permits them to travel, Fifa would be happy to invite them to attend the World Cup final." wrote his president in a letter addressed to the president of the Thai Football Federation. "I sincerely hope that they can join us for the final, which will undoubtedly be a great moment of communion and celebration."
