Mr. Senicic, how should the claim for compensation appear and where to go?
– Damages The claim may be submitted in two ways. The first way is to withdraw the claim, fill it out, print it and three other documents from the Jutin website, ie a travel contract, proof of payment and a travel guarantee, put it in an envelope and send it to DDOR. Our website Another way is that in one of the 100 security branches of the DDOR, as much as it is in Serbia, the application is completed and the three documents mentioned above are given to the office.
How many passengers were damaged and what is the total of their claims? There are about two thousand 900 travel contracts, or about six thousand passengers. In financial terms, the claim for damages amounts to 589 thousand euros.
Since the SAB has an insurance policy of 300,000 euros, in what percentage will the passengers be reimbursed?
– We have from the outset between 50 and 60 percent. I believe that now with some new knowledge that we have and the negotiations that we are conducting with the insurance company, we can reach a more satisfactory percentage, between 80 and 85.
When tourists can s & # 39; wait for their money to be returned to them
– Payments will begin in early August and a full process should be completed by the end of the month of August. Just to mention that in the regular procedure, which would go through the insurance, it would take several times longer.
