YouTube has announced a new content creation tool, the Copyright Match Tool.
This option will be available next week for all users whose channels have more than 100,000 subscribers, and YouTube will gradually introduce the Copyright Match Tool in the coming months.
Whenever you create a video, this tool analyzes it and then checks for duplicates or similar "suspicious" videos.
This YouTube option is now free!
If such a clip exists, content authors will have a choice of several options. It may ask YouTube to remove a contested copy, contact the person who set it up, or do nothing.
"The Verge" reports that this solution is not complete because it only controls the complete copies of your videos, "pirated" peaks, or hips. Also, to access this content using this tool, you must be the owner of the channel where the video was placed for the first time.
