The subject of discussion was the progress of Serbia in the accession negotiations with the European Union, with particular reference to the chapter 24, Justice, Freedom and Security.
At the meeting, it was agreed that the interviews of the Ministry of the Interior and the European Commission will intensify in the coming period, particularly with regard to the presentation of the new Focus on the progress of Serbia in the field of European integration for 2018.
Ambassador Fabrici stressed that it was necessary to continue to cooperate in all areas and stressed the vagueness of reform process in chapter 24 in order to achieve the overall progress of Serbia in the process of accession.
