He told the Beta agency that he had arrived at the border with Romania around 7 pm where he had been "briefly with a friend at a meeting" the police remained there for three hours, after which he was taken away by a dog.
Cvetkovi said that he had been informed of the seizure of the travel document, on the basis of "the decision of the judge of the court of first instance of Vrca, Cvete Kaljevi".
"This is a judge who sentenced me to two years and three months in prison for two years, so all verdicts were dropped second-hand," said Cvetkovi.
He added that he had received no other objection, that he therefore had a limited movement, and that he was therefore deprived of his passport and had no not even managed to cross the border.
