That's what Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction Zorana Mihajlovic said.
"By the end of the year, we will be able to cross Corridor 10 with the car, as we had promised"Mihajlovic told Doljevac, answering journalists' questions.
Mihajlovic expects the Sicevac Gorge highway to be completed by the end of January and that everything be completed in the first quarter of 2019. Mihajlovic reiterated that next year should start a new round of investment of five billion euros and that one of the most important projects is the construction of the Niš-Merdare-Pristina highway.
He says that work on the first stretch of Niš to Pločnik should start in the third quarter of 2019 and that he is currently working on the technical documentation of the project. The minister added that in 2019, construction of Corridor 11 in the Preljina-Pozega section should begin.
"We will also build the highway between Belgrade and Zrenjanin for 56 km and discuss with the Chinese company Shandong. We hope that the final agreement will be concluded by the end of the year. . " The provincial government, with Putevi Srbije, has already launched a public call for the development of the technical documentation of the project ".
Mihajlovic said the documentation could at best be completed by the middle of next year and that in the meantime the funding method would be discussed.
"It's a very common way, so it does not have to be a loan, but also a public-private partnership model." We know that in the coming months, Mihajlovic said.
He also said that he was discussing with Chinese partners to further increase the share of domestic companies that will work on such important infrastructure projects. The participation of companies therefore represents not only 49% of the number of companies, but also of the value of the contract. She recalled that at the beginning of the year, a contract worth 264 million euros had been signed for the roundabout around Nis financed by the EIB and the 39, act of the EU and indicated that the project documentation was completed.
According to her, the roundabout around Nis starts to be built in 2019 and electrifies the Corridor 10 line connecting Nis to Dimitrovgrad, as it is the only section of the railway corridor 10 that is not electrified.
"The only part of the railway must be built next year, and it takes two and a half years to complete the entire project.floor, "says Mihajlovic.
She pointed out that the goal of the trains on the tracks could reach a speed of at least 120 km to the hour and added that the building of the Doljevac winery would also be rebuilt.
"I think we will start to operate the third section of the Belgrade-Budapest train station, etc. In order to end one investment cycle and start another one, which should allow us to To improve conditions for new investors. "
