Inspection of buildings of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has banned the execution of construction works of heliodromes in Zlatibor, in the municipality of Čajetina, due to a construction without a building permit

The Construction Inspectorate of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has banned the construction of heliodromes in Zlatibor, in the municipality of Čajetina, due to construction without a building permit.

The inspection went to the site after the application of the guarding service of the "Zlatibor" nature park. During the supervision, it was established that the investor, the company "Takovo" of Gornji Milanovac, had carried out the work without a building permit or registration of works, announced the ministry.

The works were carried out on a cadastral land belonging to the municipality of Čajetina, in the natural park, to the second degree of protection.

According to the law on planning and construction, the inspection will make a decision on the removal of the installation and will file a complaint against the investor for a commercial offense.

By virtue of a decree adopted by the Serbian government at the initiative of the Ministry last year, Zlatibor has been declared a natural park, that is to say a protected area of ​​exceptional importance.
