The Court of Appeal overturned the verdict that former JSO members Predrag Ratkovic (43) and Stefan Blagojevic (28) were sentenced to 30 years in prison for killing 37-year-old Vladimir Bjeloonovic in Mileševska Street in Vračar in December 2015.

According to the judgment of the High Court, Ratkovic stole the "golf" in Belgrade, placed other tables on it and, with Blagojevic, on December 9, 2015.

– They expected Vladimir Bjelanovic, who was in the company of a fiancée, to leave the building and enter the car. Blagojević then approached the front of the vehicle and fired twice through the windshield. Bjelanovic, although seriously injured, managed to get out of the "renoa" and tried to escape, but Ratkovic, who was standing nearby, shot him and shot him 19 bullets in total, including two ended as indicated. lying on the floor – it is stated in a disputed judgment.

At the trial in the Belgrade High Court, both defendants denied their guilt.

The verdict pronounced by Tijana Mihajlovic, the late Bjelanovic, during the proceedings, indicated to the hearing that she had seen the murderer by the second, when he had approached the car , and that she could not recognize it.
