Branka Milic, accused of attempted terrorism on the parliamentary elections day of October 2016, said that she had no plans to flee Montenegro and had asked the Metropolitan of the 39; Montenegrin-Adriatic Amfilohije to move away from it.
"I am here at the Serbian embassy where I am recovering from the trauma suffered at the trial," said Milić, commenting on the High Court's decision to issue a warrant for his arrest. She left the trial on 23 November and fled to the Serbian diplomatic mission in Podgorica.
The upper Podgorica court earlier today issued an order issuing a warrant for the arrest of Milicevic.
"The Bishops and Metropolises of Montenegro and the Littoral have really done a lot for me and that's why I am extremely grateful to them." The Bishop is a man who carries many criminal charges and many problems and I do not want to charge it with these fools, "she told the commission.
She said the innocent person "bleeds for two years".
"I have absolutely no reason to flee anywhere and anybody that I can hide." The moment when, before me, I have the right to belong to every being living in the sphere of the Earth, which is respect for Article 6
The Human Rights Convention, we can continue the trial. Until then, this has been a stain in a politico-judicial process mounted, an attack on my life and against my health. I have a reason to live for my child and for my grandson and I will not allow myself to be destroyed, "she said.
