The Belgrade High Court dismissed as an unsubstantiated claim the rehabilitation of the Serbian Prime Minister during the occupation of the Second World War by Milan Nedic, and the applicants have the right to appeal this decision to the Court of Appeal. the FNRJ government was ordered to annul the order of the RPFY government by which Milan Nedić was declared a national enemy and on the basis of which his civil and property rights were seized.

The announcement of the court states that on July 11, the Belgrade High Court rejected the applicant's petition for the rehabilitation of the deceased Nedic
The applicants requested that the the request establishes that General Nedic was deprived of his liberty. or an administrative decision as a victim of persecution for political and ideological reasons, and that there is no solution of the Third National Court of the City of Belgrade, dated 31 January 1946.
The application was dismissed and it was found that the annulment of the administrative decision of the State Commission for the determination of crimes of occupation and its assistants, the decision of the the National Commission for Determining the Crimes of the Occupiers and its Assistants upon Death and that all legal consequences are void, including the confiscation of property, and that the person being rehabilitated is considered as not convicted, said the court in a statement .
Author's proposal to amend the application for rehabilitation of Nedic submission of 09.07.2018. in which the request was made for the court to determine "that General Milan Nedic was deprived of his life without judicial or administrative decision as a victim of persecution for political and ideological reasons."
Milan Nedic has never been convicted nor charged. He committed suicide in February 1946 and would never have published where he was buried.
