At the trial that began yesterday in Malta, it was said that the brutal murder of businessmen had been filmed by security cameras and that the video would be shown in court.

Čmelik, specifically Mitić, killed Hughes Hetkuti on the evening of 6 July, in front of his boutique hotel in Malta. The Serb waited for hours, and when he got out of the bar, he approached him, kissed him and stabbed him twice in the belly.

All this happened in front of many witnesses, and the sister and brother came to the aid of the hard-hit millionaire. Bojana was arrested and was promptly arrested and detained.

In the days following the attack, Hetkuti was operated on several times, but despite medical help, he died a week after being injured.

At first, the Maltese media wrote that Bojan was a hitman and that "by order" he killed Hetkuti who was the "King of Malta".

Hetkuti's brother told the trial that the last words of the millionaires were:

According to the testimony of Isak Hetkuti, Hugo uttered these words before entering the operating room for another operation that he had not survived.

As he said, he was also the witness of the murder.

– I saw the moment when Cmelik approached my brother. He reached out and Cmelik grabbed him by the neck and knocked him out, "said Isaac in court.

Police also questioned brother's brother, who was also working in Malta, who stated that he had not spoken to Bojan for more than seven months because he had become aggressive .
