Ubljanin B. D. was apparently killed only because he was in the same room at the local juvenile penitentiary in Valjevo, as well as by K. J. from Belgrade, in the circumstances. – Everything happened in the night from Saturday to Sunday and three prisoners, who were in the same room, did not notice anything because they slept, told us a source close to us.

In addition, K. J. came from a troubled family and owned the "Mosa Pijade" children's home in Belgrade. He came to the public at the age of five when he was taken to hospital for numerous injuries all over his body, even on a whole body, which was inflicted on him with an iron and a lit cigarette! His mother, V.J., was relieved of his responsibilities as the court found that the boy had been injured by P.M., with whom she lived in an extramarital community.
