In confessions of Tamara, who is still in the hospital bed of the clinical center of Serbia, she says that her health problems began in 2002.

– Three years later, myocarditis, a serious heart disease, was found. It was a good thing for me four years ago and then again problems. In 2015, I installed two pacemakers, but my condition was steadily worsening and, early this year, I was placed on a transplant list. Last month, my condition improved a lot. Location I knew that my end was coming. I ended up in the hospital, in the emergency center, and then in the transplant department. And on November 6th, doctors came to my room and said that it was possible to have a heart in the evening. I did not believe it because there were some announcements, calls, waiting, but before … In the evening, around 19 hours, everything began. The doctor entered and removed the pacemaker. I knew it was the beginning of a transplant. They slept with me and that night they operated on me. The next morning, I woke up with a new heart, "says Tamara.

After 11 days, she discovered the heart of which she was.

– It was not easy to find. We are Arandjelovci, we all know each other. I know this family. We bought furniture at the store. And I have seen it many times. Child always happy, happy. She was not addicted, she was not taking drugs. That night, his childish curiosity led him to death, unfortunately. It's the only thing that scares me for my three kids, "says Tamara.

She says that she has not heard the parents of her girlfriend until now.

– I am still in the hospital and I will be there at least two weeks. After that, I will be home, but another month without contact with others because of the virus. I want to go see them, but at the same time I'm scared because I may not need it. The feelings are so confused that I will let my family decide on the meeting. Let them decide. It's hard for me and I can not imagine what it is. I am grateful to them for choosing to be a donor. You know, here in the hospital, people are dying every day waiting for organs. And it is very difficult. It's hard for all of us – patients, doctors, nurses – says Tamara.

Tamara worked on municipal TV before the illness and knows what is happening in the city in terms of narco-mafia.

– I can only tell parents to educate their children in the same way that our parents educated us. Keep them under control because terrible things happen on the street – says Tamara.

The father of the daughter, B. S., did not have the strength to speak to the media.

– As parents, we tried to do everything we could for our daughter – there was everything he could say during a phone conversation. For messages, advice to parents, there is no force. It's too early.
