Igor Beličković, spokesman for the court, argued that this trilogy, for the "News", should be scheduled for a hearing and decide on Milić's request.

Milić was sentenced to four and a half years' imprisonment for the year because, in July 2014, he "killed" Kranjimir's knife at the Luka Branko bridge and then stole face to face and the state. After serving two-thirds of the sentence, he applied for parole.
