An escaped traffic accident brought Philip (Nikolai Rakocevic) into the hell of the Serbian administration. In the last episode of the series "The morning will change everything", Filip tries to explain to the administrative authorities that the traffic violations committed do not correspond to the punishment that he has to pay.
He tries desperately to explain his situation and finds someone to listen to and understand it, but he does not do it exactly by the hand.
