Writing a new strategy for education is a huge task that must be accomplished in the first half of 2019, said Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development, Mladen Sarcevic, and added that it would work on two levels: the educational strategy and the strategy for higher education. – Unlike the previous strategy, we will not make wish lists without action plan, but in parallel, we will prepare all the material, such as when building a house, and then when we sit down at work, we know what we have – said Sarcevic in Belgrade during a session of the National Board of Education.
He also spoke about a new network of educational institutions and said that this did not provide for a reduction in the number of these institutions.
The intention, he says, is that the new party network of educational institutions meet the conditions of a punctual work.
– We have too much space, buildings that are not used because nobody keeps them, as well as many parcels belonging to the education, without knowing it. This has not been done for a long time and it is very important that this be done properly – added Sarcevic.
