Samsung announced that device users in Serbia will be able to replace the screen more easily if it needs to be re-armed.
The goal is, as they say of Samsung, that users can solve the most common problems and help them repair screens, with a discount of about 2,360 to 3,540 dinars. More specifically, the promotion includes a subsidized repair of hardware damage to the screen in a two-year warranty period, as well as damage to the screen after the expiration of the warranty period. We strive to take care of the needs of our customers and provide them with quality service. Unauthorized repairs on our phones can make a big problem or even create a new one, thus corrupting the overall experience and satisfaction of the user. We want our customers to be safe and rely on our support, even in cases where they accidentally break their phone. We want to provide them with the best possible support, safely, because they will know with certainty that they will receive our authorized parts and that their devices will work like new – said Min Ho Bae, Samsung Customer Service Manager for the region Adriatik.
Reduced prices for mobile phone repair services are related to Galaxy S7, Galaxy S8 and S8 +, Galaxy Note8 and Galaxy S9 and S9 + devices. The service and rebate for these devices will be available from 12 Samsung Authorized Regional Service Partners. In Serbia, the service is available from 1 July to 31 December, with partners Promobi and Begram.
