Protest owner of 39 apartments in the building in Vojvode Stepe 105 in Belgrade because of investor fraud. When buying apartments, the owners were unaware of the existence of a mortgage

The owners of 39 apartments of Vojvodina Street 105 in Belgrade met on Wednesday in front of the building of the aforementioned street to appeal to the competent authorities the problem of their apartments is finally resolved. Although all real estate buyers have long settled their obligations to investors like S. A. B. Estetik, owner of Steve Bujic, but also the state, they have been threatened by the end of the streets for four years. The reason is that a mortgage was registered in the entire building for the benefit of a bank, for which they did not even know when the contracts were authenticated at the first municipal court.
