According to GO Vračar's statement regarding this incident, the inspector complied with the procedure and asked the responsible person the approval of the competent authority on the basis of which works are executed. The person who received it said that the document was not in itself.
– The inspector felt that the subject required the approval of the competent authority – the statement said.
– In order to enforce legal measures, he wanted to photograph the space in which he was prevented by rough verbal aggression and trying to grab the phone.

In the building, he ordered the attendants to immediately turn on the lights, to leave places, close the doors and leave the inspectors there. After a while, he was released and he informed the police of everything. The report will be passed on to other measures and skills. According to the municipality, the issuance of the aforementioned premises as of 1 December 2016 is under the jurisdiction of the Secretariat for Property and Legal Affairs of the City of Belgrade, and the tenant is "Marab d.o.o.". The building was locked yesterday for the inspectors.
