BELGRADE, Nov. 28 (Tanjug) – SRS President Vojislav Seselj, today in parliament, during a debate on the budget and accompanying laws, disliked by a majority of 62 items on the agenda of the assembly, but has again prosecuted Minister Rasim Ljajic.
"You, the parliamentary majority, broke your record today, you put 62 agenda items in one in the debate, which enhances the effectiveness of the work, but it spawned the spirit of democracy of the parliamentary assembly.points, including the law on the budget, to consolidate in the debate, "said Seselj.
According to him, the debate can not be handled properly and it is not possible to shake the budget.
He also said that the reconstruction of the government had been announced and added that it had been budgeted for 2019 and that there was no reconstruction yet.
"Is it wise? The press writes that early elections can be expected in the spring, you will not have to go to the government elections, which will include Rasim Ljajic, Zorana Mihajlovic, Loncar?" Asked Seselj.
As he said, the budget is supposed to finance "everything and everyone", but not everything is stated precisely and "general elements mask individual budget benefits".
He asked if the state could fund just about any minority council.
"Can you finance the Bosnian Council in which Esad Djudja, who defends the idea of splitting and splitting Serbia and publishes a release card, has always been against Serbia and has had hostile positions regarding the survival of the Serbia and its integrity, "said Seselj.
He added that the ruling political organization, Vukat, had been voted in the presidency of the Council by Deputy Prime Minister Rasim Ljajic, as he said.
He reiterated the charges against Ljajić for drug trafficking, claiming that an article in a "global scientific journal" showed that prior to 2004, Ljajic was "the focus of the study of world science ".
"It is said that, from well-known Muslim sources, one learns that the brother of a federal minister of Serbia and Montenegro, based in Novi Pazar, plays a key role in the trade of a large part drug trafficking, "said Seselj.
"Since he (Ljajić) has a job, the price of the drug is lower, because it is certain that no one can do anything and everyone knows it well, and you claim not to know. of something for you, and he showed the right person by choosing the judges of the president of the national council, which means that you are followed by an increase in headaches, which you will finance yourself, "said Seselj.
He also criticized the fact that the state allocates funds for the maintenance of a villa in which former president Tomislav Nikolic still lived, adding that the body is "absolutely useless".
He also mentioned the Minister of Transport, Zoran Mihajlovic, who claimed to have "swept" the road between Obrenovac and Mionica, on which Planum found flaws, "standing in front of the cameras and declaring that she must start over, even if it does not have to be used 10 million euros ".
He also said that the Minister of Health, Zlatibor Loncar "was taking huge sums for expensive medical equipment orders", and he criticized the Minister of Education, Mladen Sarcevic, for buying the Croatian electronic newspaper material, three to four times more expensive than ours manufacturers.
He also mentioned the arrests, as he said, the Minister Delegate for Youth and Sports, Vanja Udovicic.
"You have to expel a certain number of ministers from the government, and that is how you adopt the budget with them and you go to the polls with them. You will have a hard time slipping, there is a lot of dirty laundry behind some of your ministers, "said Seselj.
Milorad Mijatovic, from SPDS, Rasim Ljajic's party, told him that the SDPS was looking into the future, while the SRS was a thing of the past and Seselj was a winner.
"We have nothing to say," he said.
Regarding the budget, he said that the result achieved in financial remediation was remarkable and that the funds had been planned in a realistic and conservative way.
"There is no alteration, there can be no debt, unforeseen, Serbia remains a landscape country looking towards the future," Mijatovic said.
He added that the projected deficit was 0.5%.
"In 2015, I made it clear that if we reached 0.5%, it would be a historic success, we are planning it, which is normal for the country like Serbia, for its economic strength." said Mijatovic.
