It is also specified that two Russian banks could not have 50% or more in the future Agrokor for sanctions imposed on Russian companies by the United States and the EU.

Sberbank replaces his share in Mercator as a future co-owner of the future Agrokor. When the wishes are pronounced, the commercial court must confirm before the 10th of July. The process of implementation may take several months.
