The teenager whipped and killed a fourteen year old student before having sex with her dead body.
The 16-year-old, who can not be appointed for legal reasons, is charged with the murder of Victoria Sokolov in April of this year.
His lifeless body was found by a smuggler at Westwood Park in West Park.
The autopsy concluded that Victoria, a native of Lithuania and resident in Wolverhampton, had died from a blunt object in the head.
The jurors pointed out that the accused had violated Victoria orally before having sex with her lifeless body.
On Monday, a teenager went to court where he denied murder and assault.
Attorney Jonathan Reese will open a case against a young man on Wednesday.
"There will be DNA evidence in the case, as well as the statement of the victim's mother and father-in-law," he said.
– Victoria Sokolova was born in Lithuania and was attacked in West Park between April 11 and 12 – said defense lawyer Adam Kane.
– The suspect is only sixteen years old. You will be able to hear from many people, including his father-in-law, biological moms and friends – he added.
Dressed in a blue shirt and jeans, the Accused spoke only to plead innocently under three counts, before being remanded in custody for minors.
Victoria described the family as a "little angel" who made their lives "colorful and resolute".
The trial should last at least two weeks.
