At the same time, he stressed that Serbia will continue to respect the European agenda.
Vucic expressed the hope that the EU will make further efforts to force Pristina to rescind unilateral measures threatening peace and stability in the region and risking an escalation of the conflict.
Vucic said that Serbia will continue to work intensively to meet the European agenda, with the aim of accelerating progress towards EU membership.
Ambassador Fabrici recalled the position of the EU High Representative on tax increases, which is a violation of the European Free Trade and Economic Cooperation Agreement (CEFTA) and is contrary to the spirit the Stabilization and Association Agreement, and the need to withdraw them as soon as possible.
He stressed the need to continue work on the maintenance of peace and stability in the region and on the path to membership of the European Union, according to a press release from the presidency of the President Serbian.
He also stressed that the problems should be dealt with peacefully and rationally, through a dialogue that the European Union is committed to facilitate.
